Refund Policy

Please review the following guidelines regarding refunds for the Application Fee and Exhibition Fee:
  1. Application Fee Refund
    The Application Fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed.
     
  2. Exhibition Fee Refund
    • If your product does not advance past the initial judging phase:
      • The Exhibition Fee will be refunded.
      • The Application Fee is non-refundable, and any discounts will not be applicable.
  3. Refund Process
    • Refunds for the exhibition fee will be processed before the end of the project.
    • Refunds will be issued only to the bank account provided in the application system. Please ensure that the account information is accurate and complete.
  • ※ All service fees are non-refundable. The Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision on refund arrangements.
