Yvonne Siu is a senior marketing communications and customer experience leader with over 12 years of professional experience spanning CRM, brand marketing, digital transformation and strategic partnerships across Hong Kong and Australia. She is currently Senior Manager – Power Connect & Next Generation Customer Experience at CLP, where she oversees integrated marketing communications, customer engagement platforms and large scale CRM initiatives.

Throughout her career, Yvonne has led and evaluated a wide spectrum of design led and creative marketing outputs, including brand campaigns, digital platforms, eCommerce experiences, CRM communications, event visual systems and partnership marketing toolkits. Her work involves close collaboration with creative agencies, designers, UX teams and production partners, ensuring that every touchpoint delivers both strong brand storytelling and commercial effectiveness.

With extensive experience managing end to end marketing communications — from creative concept development and design execution to campaign optimisation and performance measurement — Yvonne is recognised for her sharp eye for design quality, consistency and user centric thinking, balanced with a deep understanding of strategic intent, business impact and audience relevance. Her judging approach values creative excellence that is purposeful, well crafted and capable of driving meaningful engagement.
