Creative Director

Xiaoxi Shi is an industrial designer, independent design curator, and Creative Director of 2-LA Design. He serves as an independent design consultant to Fortune Global 500 companies and the National Ceramic Research Institute.

Shi is a Jury Member of the Good Design Award (G Mark, Japan) and was recognized as one of China’s Top 10 Outstanding Young Designers by the Guanghua Longteng Award. He also serves as Deputy Secretary-General of the Xiamen Industrial Design Association.

In academia, he is a design mentor at Tsinghua University X-lab and an adjunct mentor at Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology, Fuzhou University, and the Harbin Institute of Technology International Design Institute. A TEDx speaker and former Chief Designer at Nokia, Shi bridges industry, education, and cultural curation through a global design perspective.
