Alan Cheung, a graduate of the University of Hong Kong, founded Grandion Industrial Ltd., which is a member of the Grandion Group, in 1996. Grandion, a sustainable apparel supply chain solution provider, operates in China, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Hong Kong.

In 2015, Grandion launched an innovative industrial project called TML (To make locally). This state-of-the-art technology and smart supply chain solution transformed Grandion from a manufacturer to an O2O customised solutions provider. In view of the aging population issue, Alan invested in the Longevity Group in 2018 and served as chairman, aiming to create an inclusive and smart home for the elderly.

The operating purpose of the TML and the Longevity project is to generate economic value whilst at the same time creating value for society by achieving a sustainable & diversified development of Hong Kong enterprises. Alan serves on various advisory boards and committees, providing advice on economic and trade development, innovation and technology, and more. He also acts as the mentors to support young designers and startup founders. Since 2018, he has been leading the company as an Impact Ventures Builder to co-create different purpose ventures with entrepreneurs which leverage social innovations to improve & tackle the social & industrial pain points.
