Through local and overseas trade fairs and roving exhibitions in shopping malls catering for both B2B and B2C, the winners could reach out local and foreign buyers. Apart from joining the Hong Kong Gifts & Premium Fair, the award-winning companies will garner invaluable opportunities to showcase their winning designs different Exhibitions.
Selected Award winners would be invited to join a delegation trip to meeting potential buyers for business opportunities and gaining market insight at the same time.
The trip may cover a variety of business and market exploration itineraries:
- Visit to design related company/institution
- Business networking event

Awards Ceremony would be held to praise for winners' marvellous design products;to introduce the emerging design talents to the industry and to unveil the brilliance of Hong Kong product design to the world.
Interview opportunities will be offered to award winners, sharing their brand and idea behind the creations. The interviews will be featured in “Dream Maker”, a publication recording SDA winners' stories. It will be published to the public to raise awareness of local outstanding design products and ideas.
Gaining media exposure is significant to Hong Kong brands. Interview opportunities will be offered to award winners, promoting their brands to the public and raising public awareness.

Winners would be awarded with an Award Certificate to recognize their design excellence. The certificate would be an acknowledgement of their expertise which could give them strong competitive edge over competitors in the market.
