The best ginger grater in Tsubame - Kakohara

This special ginger grater is square and allows you to pour the grated ginger from the corner. The blade height of the ginger grinder kakuzara is 0.5 mm.

The mustard and ginger blades differ in size, the ginger blade being slightly larger. The double quattro blade developed for ginger consists of eight blades in different directions, the size and number of blades are adjusted to prevent the appearance of ginger whiskers.

The shape of the blades and the container have been carefully selected.
Although it is compact, it is made of thick stainless steel so it is easy to grind at the right weight.
A silicone lid is included which can be placed underneath to prevent it from slipping when grinding and used as a lid when storing.
